As soon as high season returns, Cour Arrière transforms into a true Parisian-style brasserie.
Expect timeless classics that define our menu, such as:
- Leek vinaigrette, mimosa egg, Dijon mustard
- Roasted bone marrow, grilled bread, sea salt
- Beef tartare, French-style, hand-cut with capers and Meaux mustard
